We love disc sports more than anything and we want to make sure you love your custom discs as well. We inspect every disc that goes out the door for quality and accuracy as we know it will mean a lot to you or someone you care about. Understandably, personalized items can’t be returned unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or product error. However, if there is a defect on a custom disc we will do everything we can to make it right. We will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with any unused custom discs. If the discs have been played with and are not in original condition it may void the return agreement as we can no longer utilize the discs to receive manufacturer’s credit. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We want your discs to be personalized just the way you want! We know that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please double check your design before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and any names carefully. You are welcome to email us at Service@CustomDiscGolfDiscs.com if you have questions about your customization, before placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been sent into production.  NOTE:  CustomDiscGolfDiscs.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at our discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material. 

During our busy holiday season (November through December) we try our best to guarantee your discs will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. It’s important to think about gifts early during these times and to keep up with your email and communication with us ASAP. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions, postal carrier shortages/crisis, or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect CustomDiscGolfDiscs.com or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding, we can’t wait to create your one-of-a-kind custom discs for you.
